MOOGLI (Male)

Approximately 4-5 years old. 
Came to the shelter in 2017 with severe infections from blood parasites.
Couldn't run for 5 months. 
Has retained neurological damage due to the infection and therefore runs "differently". Is of course neutered and vaccinated. 
Comes in well with the group and often performs like a clown 
I have given up hope of a home with my own owner and owner. Or maybe there is someone somewhere that wants me?
