ADOPT 

  DOGS  AND CATS

I was a Tsunami victim. Petra found me in Takua Pa (that is very close to Khao Lak). Petra fed me and my four friends every day until she could bring me to Samui. But when she brought the cages for me and my friend one day, my friends ran away and only I stayed. I was brought to Samui where I live in the shelter now.

Jessica from Germany is now looking after me. Thank you very much!

I had lived for a while in the shelter in Ban Taling Ngam. I ate a lot, drank a lot of water and ran around with the other dogs. One day, Petera came, a new volunteer helper - with a camera and an assignment. Every dog in the shelter was isolated, identified and a picture was taken. We felt like criminals at an identification parade. Then, it was found out that nobody knew my name, where I had come from or how long I had been in the shelter! But now I got a new name which I like very much!

I had lived at the south end of Chaweng near a artists shop (therefore, my name). The owner was happy with me and I was happy with him, except that he wouldn't let me chase cars. Every time I ran on the street to get a bite of a tire (the faster the car, the better) my friend grasped and turned pale. Finally it was too much for him, because he got really scared that I could be injured badly (until now I had been hit by a car three times already). So I was brought to the shelter where the fastest thing to chase is the wheelbarrow. But that is not as much fun as chasing cars!

I have very big luck because was chosen from  Anna from the Animal Protection Network in Sweden. (www.animalprotection.se). to fly to Sweden. She saw me on the homepage und decide to take me to Sweden, so I could have a better live. The organization paid the fly for me and now I live very happy in Sweden. I love my new home very much!

I hung around in Nathon near the place where the fishermen bring their daily catch. I liked it there because the sort out fish was thrown in my direction. Yammi! But I got greedy and began to steal the fish that was to be sold on the market. After a while the fisher boss was fed up and brought me to the shelter. Mean guy! Now I get chicken instead of fish. 

Great news: I have found a home on Koh Samui: While I was in the shelter Marion from Murnau in Germany took care of me. Thank you very much! 

I had lived in a house with an elderly woman and my cat friends Mai Tai, Moon, Tinker, Loony, Billy and Noodles. We pleased our owner while sitting with her and purring all day long. She loved us very much, but she got sick and had to move to her son who lives in a far away country. Our owner wanted to take us but her son didn't want that because he had four dogs already. Therefore, we were brought to the shelter where we share our new home with a lot of new cat friends now.

SINCE I HAD ALWAYS BEEN AN EXCELLENT CLIMBER I BROKE OUT OF THE OUTSIDE ENCLOSURE. I COME BACK TO THE SHELTER ONCE IN A WHILE TO EAT SOME DRY FOOD. THAT I GOT TO KNOW IN THE SHELTER AND I LIKE IT VERY MUCH. 

These are my four sweeties! 

I was brought to shelter by some nice "white people" because their neighbours had thrown me out of the window. And I was only looking for a place where I could have my babies. I couldn't walk right after that but after the rain comes sun - the accident was good because I was brought to Brigitte's house. Two days later I had my four kittens and another two days later another three kitten (same age as my babies) were brought to me because they had been dumped.  I have seven kittens now and I love them all.  

I am not looking for a sponsor anymore because I preferred to run away after my castration. I do not think that is gonna be a problem since I cannot have babies anymore. 

I adopted the three other colors! 

I was one of 6 kittens from HERZILEIN (page 3). Unfortunately our mom ran away and all my brothers and sisters died. We were fed by Brigitte and Werner ever three hours but only I was strong enough. Besides that MAEO (page 17) took care of all of us. When MAMEAU (page 14) arrived she had three kitten and I got fresh milk again. I have recovered and as you can see on the picture I am very pretty. Maybe Hollywood will call?

After a while I found it too boring at the shelter and ran away. While I was staying at the DRCS Anke from Germany was looking after me. Thank you very much!
